I came to AZ with no real estate contacts and only a cursory knowledge of the local market. I did my research and decided what I was going to go for. It was (my) luck that my first inquiry led me to Dana. The home I originally wanted didn't work out, but Dana helped me find a place that in the end was much better suited to my needs, wants and budget, etc. Dana takes the time to listen, then presents you with options that work for you. Dana was amazing! He was incredibly informative, kind, and patient, and was looking out for us. I felt educated and protected in my decisions because of Dana. He is very responsive and my husband and I always felt we were a priority. We did end up finding a fantastic home within our goal budget and Dana practically held our hands the whole way.
